Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription. When you purchase a subscription you will receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details are stored securely and you will be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. Before you subscribe, we clearly inform you of the price, billing frequency, minimum duration, and renewal terms. We will not renew a subscription without having made these conditions clear to you at the point of purchase.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you first enter into a subscription contract, beginning on the day you receive the first delivery of goods. You can exercise this right using the "Returns and Cancellations" button on our website, the model withdrawal form, or any clear statement sent to support@mheformula.com.
As our subscriptions consist of physical goods, withdrawal applies on the same terms as any other purchase: you return the product rather than paying a proportionate amount. Items with an intact, unbroken safety seal can be returned for a refund, while opened consumable items cannot be returned for the hygiene and health protection reasons set out in the Refund & Return Policy.
You can change or cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee. Your order confirmation emails contain links to your order, from which you can manage your subscription directly. Cancellation stops future renewals and deliveries; it does not by itself trigger a refund for deliveries already made (see the Refund & Return Policy for returns and refunds).
